Robbie O’Driscoll is a strength and movement coach and neuromuscular therapist, currently completing a Master’s in Applied Exercise and Sport Psychology. He works through strength training, rehabilitation, and reflective practice to help people build capacity, recover from injury, and develop a sustainable relationship with their bodies.

His coaching cultivates agency—supporting people to take ownership of their health, strength, and movement, and to stay able to play.

Through initiatives such as his Movement Café, Communal Games, and writing–movement workshops, he creates spaces where physical practice becomes social, expressive, and engaging.

Rooted in Ireland, his work contributes to a growing movement culture—one grounded in strength, play, and shared experience.

How it works

We work together one-to-one in 60-minute sessions. Each package includes six sessions over 12 weeks.

Step 1: Assessment
We begin by looking at how you move, where you’re restricted, and what you want to achieve.

Step 2: Coaching & Bodywork
Sessions combine movement coaching and hands-on therapy. This may include strength training, rehabilitative exercise, joint care, and manual therapy to restore function and build resilience.

Step 3: Ongoing Practice
You’ll leave each session with a tailored plan — clear, manageable work to build capacity between visits.

This process keeps you moving forward while giving space to recover, adapt, and grow.
